Started Period

I finally got my period today, so now on Sunday I can start the birth control pill for one month.  We have now about a 12 delay in starting the second round of IVF.  All of this feels like it is taking so long.  I just want to start the second round of the process, get the shots over with, egg retrieval and genetic testing.  Can I have a crystal ball please?
